Make tasty treats in this festive food workshop on Saturday 23rd November with Erin from The Edible Flower!

We'll start off making a couple of mincemeat jars (the sweet kind for your mince pies) using unusual ingredients like quince and carrot plus the classic apple and dried fruits. Bring the jars home to use in your own baking or as a lovely gift for someone special.

Then, make scrumptious chocolate truffles and chocolate mendiants (a traditional French chocolate disk) infused with herbs and decorated with nuts, fruits and edible flowers.

Sip on warmed mulled apple juice and sample small bits including homemade mince pies as you create.* After the event, we'll send you an information pack of everything covered so you can keep making Christmas goodies at home.
