At the Folk Museum, we have a fantastic team of in-house skilled craftspeople who keep our heritage skills and traditions alive for future generations. Join us for the second workshop in a series of in-depth bespoke sessions where you can spend the entire day with one of our expert demonstrators, and make something to bring home with you!
Meet Willow Weaver, Bob Johnston, and spend the day in the Weaving Shed as you learn about weaving skills. Then, get hands-on and make a trug-style garden basket to bring home with you.
What to know:
- This is a full day bespoke workshop on Saturday 31st August from 10:00 to 16:00
- Lunch is included. We will be in touch to discuss dietary requirements. Please do feel free to bring additional drinks and snacks
- For ages 18+
- This is an intimate workshop with limited spaces so booking early is recommended
