This is an incredible opportunity to get hands on practical experience of coppersmithing, in the unique surroundings of the Ulster Folk Museum.
Start the day with a walk amongst the leaves, twigs and flowers found in our museum's rural grounds, and use your findings as inspiration for your unique copper creations.
During the afternoon session, you’ll get the chance to produce your very own fold formed copper sculpture, with guidance from Matthew and Caron from Lake and Oak Coppersmithing. You’ll be working with hammers, chisels, files and blow torches to bring your copper creation to life.

- Be prepared for outdoor weather and wear outdoor shoes for your walk around the museum.
