Celebrate the life and work of Scotland's most famous poet, Robert Burns, with a special night steeped in tradition on Saturday 25th January. 

Join us for a three-course meal of traditional Scottish fare amidst an evening of music, poetry, food and dance at the Ulster Folk Museum! 

Start your evening with Burns themed storytelling and singing. Take a poetry-themed guided tour with readings around our ambient exhibit houses. Listen to the Harry Ferguson Memorial Pipe Band then, sit down to a three-course Burns night supper. Expect three bowls of traditional Scottish fare! You'll be entertained by Scottish dancers as you feast. And of course, sing along as we finish the evening with at traditional toasting of the haggis.

  • ‘Cullen Skink’ - Smoked Haddock, Potato, Buttered Croutons
  • Haggis, Neeps & Tatties - Baked Haggis, Roasted Turnips, Mash
  • Cranachan - Raspberries, Oat Biscuit Crumble, Whipped Whiskey Cream 

Vegan menu also available (Vegan ‘stovies', Vegan haggis, roasted turnips, olive oil mash, Raspberry Sorbet, Oat Crumble)

What to know 

  • This event starts at 18:00 and ends at 21:00. Ticket check-in begins at 17:45. 
  • Tickets are £70 which gets you a three-course meal, guided tour and dram of whiskey. Once purchased, tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable in line with our ticketing Ts & Cs.
  • The bar will open during the meal for additional drinks during food service.
  • Please note, this is an adults-only event and pre-book only, so walk ups will not be permitted.
